Dear all,
Please help me with ur suggestions.
If an employee is on probation period and he is not eligible to get any leave and if he takes any leave then that will be a leave without pay which will be deducted from that month's salary.
He is getting medical reimbursement of 1250/- per month that could be claimed quarterly.
My question is, If that employee is on leave for 6 days due to health problem in a quarter ( 3 months) then 6 days medical reimbursement amount should also get deducted from the quarterly payout or not.
Need ur suggestions urgently
Thanks!

Dear Tripti,
We are calculating Medical Reimbursement amount on proportionate basis. If you have marked LP for 6 days, the medical reimbursement amount for the month will be Rs.1000/- (1250/30*24).
Regards,
Supriya
