Dear Friends,
Recently we have recruited many fresh BE & MBA's in the company. After quarterly appraisal we have found many people are lacking the knowledge of being "professional”. Hence, we had conducted basic interaction programs for them. The summary of these sessions I am attaching in parts for your reference. Hope it will be useful to all.

Hello Shailendra Deshpande,
It is good that you have collected the concepts as understood by freshers.
In my opinion whatever be the discipline, one has to gain experience
to understand the nuances of who a professional is.
After a few months of exposure they will understand about stake holders,
customers, competitors, peers, statutory authorities and so on.
They will slowly come to know about being Professional, Professional Ethics etc.
