Dear All,
Deputation policy is very simple if you put your self in to the on site employee shoes.
Need to attention on following things:
1. Travel policy: need to arrange local transportation, air transportation and abroad transportation.
2. Accommodation: Is company providing, if so whats the duration, rent and further formalities.
3. Wages: what is the pay roll structure. If the employee on bench what sould be and if billable what sould be.
4. Contract: What if employee leaves after returning or at the time of deputation.
5. Reimbursement: What is reimbursement process.
Please let me know if you want more in detail. But, Try to put your efforts to make it on. Deputation various from country to country.
