Hi Kavita,

I have some sample templates that I used in my company to present the "Service Award" to the employees. If you are interested, please provide your email ID, and I can email them to you.

The content for the award would be:
'<Company Name> gratefully recognizes the valuable contribution made to the company by 'Name of the Employee' over the last _____ years and expresses the hope that this association will be equally fruitful in the year to come.'

Lastly, signatures by the MD will be required.
