I don't think any information will leak here, as it's not known to which company we belong. It will help all of us to have a ready salary matrix for the various cities, and we can immediately bring it up to our management; else, it happens that we keep searching for candidates according to our salary structure and fail. I think there are many HR seniors from Bhopal and MP who can help with this issue, and once a few of us start, we could develop a good chain of ready information on these sensitive issues. Otherwise, we will just be trying to make some kind of association with no help on sensitive issues faced by all of us.
