I joined as an Executive in a private limited company in Pune, Maharashtra, with a turnover of 5 crores and an employee strength of 50 people since 02-Jan-2024. I was appointed with a 6-month probation period. My probation was completed on 01-July-2024. Please help me understand how many leaves I was entitled to during probation and post-confirmation. As per my knowledge, during probation, any leave taken is considered as loss of pay. However, accumulated leaves during the probation period will be added after confirmation.

Probation and Leave Policy
If, upon completion of the probation period, your probation is not extended by means of a letter, you will be deemed to be confirmed. If there is no other leave policy and nothing is written in the appointment letter, normally there is one leave for every 20 days worked. However, many companies do have a higher leave policy.
