Hello, I'm Om, a software developer at an MNC. Currently, I'm preparing for the NIACL AO Exam. My dilemma is that NIACL offers employment to selected candidates within 45 days, while my current job requires a minimum 3-month notice period. I'm unsure what to do, and I would appreciate your guidance and advice.

Hi, if you are sure you can convince your employer, then you may appear for the NIACL AO Exam. If not, it is better to resign from the job and appear for the NIACL AO Exam after completing a 2-month notice. Are you very confident about clearing the NIACL AO Exam?
