Just a few days ago, my 6-month probation period ended, but I have not yet received my employment confirmation. I have been mentally harassed during this probation period, and now I have decided to leave immediately and submit my resignation email on 8th Dec 2022. There is no requirement to serve a 3-month notice period as stated in my agreement letter (I have recorded my HR's audio supporting this fact). I agree to their terms of repaying my 6 months of probation period salary. Despite this, I am being forced to stay for 3 months as a notice period and also repay the 6 months of probation period salary.

I want to be released from my company immediately, receive all the necessary documents, and agree to repay my probation period salary. I do not want them to harass me in any way in the future.

Hi, Forcing a 3-month notice period and reclaiming 6 months' salary is not ethical or fair. Please review your appointment letter to see if there is any clause regarding the 3-month notice period and salary recovery. If not, you may want to discuss this matter with the labor officials in your jurisdiction.
