Security Agencies and COVID EPFO Notification: Can Clients with 100 or Fewer Guards Get PF Exemption?


Are security agencies covered under the new COVID EPFO notification? As we have different deployments at different client sites, does it mean that customers with a deployment of 100 or fewer guards can avail of this exemption of PF?

If your total number of employees, ie, security guards and office staff put together at different work locations exceed 100, then you cannot get the benefit of new notification.
