I joined my job on 04/02/2017, and ESIC contributions started from the same date. I delivered my baby on 11/12/2017. I started my maternity leave on 09/11/2017 and ended on 09/05/2018. Am I eligible for maternity benefit salary for six months? I am meeting the contribution period and benefits period conditions as per rule 56(1) of the ESIC (CENTRAL) 1950 ACT. Please guide.
