Seeking early release from a job with a 90-day notice period

I am working in a ground-level/entry-level role in a limited company. I have submitted my resignation, giving a 45-day notice period, and I am ready to compensate for the remaining 45 days of the notice period pay to the company. The company has a 90-day notice period policy. However, the company has accepted my resignation with a 90-day notice period.

The next employer is not willing to wait for 90 days but is prepared for a 45-day notice period. What can I do against my current employer to be relieved before 45 days? Please guide urgently.

Notice period clause in the appointment letter

The notice period clause in my appointment letter with the current employer states, "This agreement of service can be terminated by either party by giving the other party three months' notice or three months' pay in lieu thereof at the discretion of the company."

My next employer also requires the resignation letter with the last working day mentioned and approved by my current employer. How can I join my next employer within 45 days? What legal steps can I take against my current employer to be relieved within 45 days?

How much time will the labor court take to give a decision or order for my current employer to relieve me within the 45-day notice period? I have only 1 month remaining to join another employer. Can the labor court make a decision within this 1 month period? What other steps can I take against my current employer for not relieving me within the 45-day notice period? Please suggest effective and quick steps for a decision.
