Dear Sirs, I am working in a private limited company. Last year, my salary was stopped for a whole month. Actually, my online attendance was not updated due to some technical issues for which I requested my HR. When it was not updated, I sent them a reminder to do so. In reply, they issued me a Show Cause letter. I replied to the Show Cause well within the time frame. After that, they did not reply to me and just marked my whole month as LOP for September 2016.

I have requested them several times, but it has not been revoked, and it's been more than 10 months. What should I do and whom should I address the issue to for the release of my month's salary and reversal of the LOP? Meanwhile, I have properly marked my attendance in the manual register and reported to my office every day on time. I have replied to almost all the emails, SMSs, and WhatsApp messages during this time. Please help as it is affecting me in many ways.
