Dear Sir, Is it mandatory for employer who is already registered under ESIC Act. to pay labour cess 1 % under BOCW’1996. in Haryana? Please give a suggestion .

Yes it is mandatory to pay cess as per BOCW rule, no matter the worker is registered under ESIC, as it is for the welfare of workers and ESIC has no connection with it.
