Hi all, My problem is different. I am changing my career from IT to Graphic Art Design due to my interest and risk. I resigned with a short notice period of one month to leave my current job because of unsatisfactory work and pursue a new career. However, the company refuses to accept my resignation, stating that I must complete a 3-month notice period. Despite explaining my situation, they are not willing to release me, causing me to miss out on a Graphics opportunity.
Feeling frustrated, I have decided to leave the company without formal acceptance and start my new career. Now, I have a few questions:
1) If I find a job in graphics and wish to start fresh, will the company require a relieving letter or acceptance of resignation?
2) Will I face any issues in getting a new job without these documents?
3) How will this situation impact my future career prospects?
