I have gone through the link, but I am still unclear on contributions as it also mentions the voluntary PF deductions. Moreover, I also have doubts about its applicability to contractors providing services in this sector. Kindly help me understand the same.

1. EFPS @ 2%: Is this deduction made from the employee? Is it a fixed deduction, and how is it calculated?
2. Increment @ 3% of basic @ time of joining: Is this also a fixed percentage, and how is it calculated?
3. Admin charges @ 3%: Is this 3% calculated on what basis? Who will bear these charges, the employer, or the employee?
Additionally, if possible, could you please share Form PS-V, VV statement, and details on the process for remitting CMPF (DD, A/C no., etc)?
