Hi Friends, I have recently joined an IT firm as an HR professional and want to stabilize all the HR processes. The company started 2 years ago (2012). Currently, the employee strength is 12. There is no salary structure in place, and no deductions are being made. Now, to start the salary procedure, we need to begin by registering our company with PF and ESI. My query is, what is the procedure to register with PF and ESI, and what are the documents required for the same?
