Hello Everyone, I have one employee on our permanent role who has been working with us for 3 days, completing 8 hours and booking his timesheet for 24 hours in a week. It is a fixed contract with him for 1 year. Will he be eligible for any kind of leaves? I need your prompt response. Please help me.

Your question is not only contradictory but also confusing. You've mentioned that he is on your permanent payroll while also holding a fixed-term contract with you for one year. A part-time employee can be permanently employed and shown on the permanent payroll, provided there is accrual of quantifiable proportionate benefits. In the case of a fixed-term contract, you must adhere to the explicit terms outlined in the contract, if such terms are provided.

Thank you.
