The project/field staff will be let go after completing the particular project. Our NGO deducts PF for 10 staff members (who have worked for more than 5 years) and deposits the amount in ICICI Bank, from where the organization pays out the ICICI policy - Pension scheme. So, the NGO is doing good work for the staff. However, my question is whether the NGO also needs to open EPF accounts for the staff.
