- What is the difference between these two?
- Where do we use these, and in what situations should we use them?
- For which category do we use these two methods? Is there any criteria for using them?
- What are the things/processes I must concentrate on to do this PMS & SC?

Dear Sukku, PMS-> Stands for Performance management system. It is the overall system or process. Score is a tool. That is you can use score card as a tool for PMS.
