There are times when a person quits a job because they feel that their effort is not appreciated the way it should be. I don't think quitting a job and moving on makes one a loser. The new organization may be more open to your ideas, and you may feel more appreciated there.

When a part of your body gets gangrene, it is better to amputate it than live with an infected limb. A lot of what is written in the article is based on the writer's own perception and not the gospel truth.
