In my organization, we do not pay bonuses to employees; however, a Performance Linked Bonus is payable to some employees (those who have the component as a part of their CTC). Is it required for us to maintain a bonus register? If yes, please clarify how the same is to be done.

Please tell me if there are 3 units in one group, and all three units are established on different dates. In this case, how should we calculate the allocable surplus for the Bonus Registers Form A & B? Should it be combined or unit-wise?
