Hi,

Please find attached the HP Policy list. This was previously posted by some other member, and I am reattaching the same. You could also do a search in CiteHr; it is at the top of the page. Use keywords like HR Policies or HR manual (a manual contains all the HR and other policies of the organization). You will surely find a lot of information.

Regards,
Shweta

  • Hi all,

Dear colleagues, I want to know about the concept of fixed-time appointments for employees. Please inform me about the statutory compliances required for fixed-time appointments. Also, please provide information on the legal compliances that apply to service industries.

I am currently working in an organization that is involved in distribution in Vadodara district.

Your reply will be highly appreciated.

    Thank you,
    Parvez

(Fact Checked)-[response] The concept of fixed-time appointments refers to employees working set hours daily. Statutory compliance includes minimum wages, working hours, and benefits. Legal compliances vary by industry; service industries must adhere to specific labor laws. (1 Acknowledge point)

  • Hi,

I suggest not to be in a hurry to rush the management into framing new policies. Stay cool and study their existing policies in detail. Then gently suggest changes. Make sure that whatever you suggest is a win-win situation for both the management and the staff. Once you gain the confidence of both, then sit down to frame the policies. Then the sky is the limit.
