I just want to know is there any law or can company take a action against street boys (those who misbehave with ladies) as recently one of our colleague met an accident with some boys who were misbehaving with her while going to home near companies premises.

company can file complaint on behalf of woman employee to the concerned Polic Station for such kind of activities.or may provide adquate security with cab facility if possible.

The company has the right to take legal action against those individuals who have misbehaved with a female. The company can also file an FIR at the nearest police station on her behalf.
