Hi everyone,
Can anyone update me on what exactly is SAP HR? How does it help an HR professional in his/her career? What exactly does an SAP HR Consultant do? What are the parameters for getting into SAP HR? If anyone can update me on the above.
Waiting to hear from you...
Thanks & Regards 🌀

Dear All,
SAP HR is one of the best software. It can be very helpful for HR professionals, but it is your extra skill, not a single skill that can guarantee a job after completing only this. SAP HR is only one module of overall software, and it is very user-friendly, meaning it is not complex to operate for an educated person. In Pakistan, the cost of the SAP HR course is about 3 lac. I would suggest that it is better to take training from the organization you work for. Before entering professional life, pursuing such courses carries some extent of risk because if you do not get a job, it can be quite frustrating. Actually, it is SAP's policy that for its smallest application, there must be a license for the operator. SAP has been working since the 1970s, making it the number one ERP in the world. Therefore, if a person in HR has experience in SAP HR, it is definitely an advantage for their career growth.
I am also a student of HR. I may be wrong, but I have provided the best information I had.
I hope this helps.

Hi Prashanth,
It's a very big concept. I may not be able to tell you the full thing now, but would like to have a call on it. Maybe I can be very clear on it. But one thing I can tell you is it's limited to only the organization which runs on the SAP package.
Thanks & Regards, Murali Bangalore 09448337619
