I am currently working as an HR executive in a PSU. I have completed my MBA in HR from Pune University and am now pursuing an M.Phil from Madurai Kamaraj University, DDE. Although I have cleared the compulsory papers, the thesis is still undecided. Kindly help me with this.

Try making a thesis on the effects of work stress on personal life and how the same can be handled at the corporate level through proper counseling and guidance. Most of the relevant material in this regard can be collected from daily news, psychologists, psychiatrists, and also from people who are into industrial psychology. You can even meet people who have either been part of the Art of Living or have been conducting the Art of Living.
