Dear all,

I am an MBA student from a leading MBA school in Chennai. We need the questionnaire to be filled by women employees in order to measure the job satisfaction of women employees. The questionnaire will be used for analytical purposes only and will not be used to try to identify any individual.

Thank you.

Hi,

I am sorry if you find my comments critical. I am making comments here rather than sending a private message to inform others who are, or may be contemplating, conducting such research. You do not seem to have piloted the questionnaire before posting on a public forum like this. For a start, personal questions should be left to the end. As this is not an exploratory research with open-ended questions, I wonder whether you have conducted a literature survey and formed any hypotheses. It is fine to ask people to fill out a questionnaire for your project. But if I were to respond, I would like to know how it benefits me as a responder.

Best wishes, Simhan A retired academic in the UK

A very good questionnaire.

Report on Job Satisfaction and Career growth of women employees. If it is available, it will provide some insight. Secondly, in order to encourage women employees to be career-oriented, what should be done? What are the normal hurdles in their career growth? A survey analysis will be of immense use.

Pradeep
