Hi all,
Please guide me on how to conduct interviews with a large number of people. What formalities need to be followed while conducting the interview? There will be a panel of four senior members sitting for the interview to evaluate the candidates. Do I need to provide a copy of the CV to each panel member, or is one copy sufficient?
Please help me as this is my first time doing this.
Thanks,
Prashant

There will be four senior panelists sitting for interviews who will conduct the candidate interviews. Do I have to give a copy of my CV to each one, or is one copy sufficient?
Answer to your question: It is not necessary to provide each panelist with a copy. In your example, if there are four members on the interview panel, one will act as the main interviewer.
