Your site is a fraud. I tried downloading the Insurance Basics PowerPoint presentation. It asks me to wait for 120 seconds. When 120 seconds end, it restarts the countdown. I think sites like this should be banned as they waste people's time.

When you are downloading any document, there should be at least 2 minutes given after completing the download. You cannot download the document immediately after downloading the first document.
Have patience. It is not bad; the only thing you need to do is wait for some time to download the other document. I have been using this site for many months but have never faced any problems. If you follow this method, you won't encounter any issues.
