Hi,
I'm working for an IT Company and recently I have been given the responsibility to take up training activities for our staff. Currently, we are looking forward to providing training for our colleagues on soft skills and personality development. Could someone please suggest some good training programs for the above-mentioned topics?
Awaiting your response,

Hi,
Outbound training programs can be a good way to tackle soft skills and PDP issues. We are currently working with T-Systems (IT Pune) on a similar type of outbound program. Please visit our website for more details and email me if we can be of any use to you.

Hi Madhuri,
To start with, I think Emotional Intelligence would be a very useful program. Other programs that can be conducted are Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Team Building Workshop, Innovation, Time Management, Personality Development Program, and yes, if you want to combine fun and learning, then OBT is the right answer. It can be organized as Team building OBT / Emotional Intelligence OBT. Some Team building games can be organized at the workplace also.
These programs could range from 1 day to 3 days according to your requirements.
For Leaders, Leadership Coaching would be very effective. (Top Management)
But if you are looking for long-lasting behavioral changes in the workplace, then, Intervention is the answer. By intervention, I mean 1-2 days workshops once a month, Pre-Post tests can be taken to judge the impact of training, 1 hr sessions with the consultant to know the level of competence of the participants, etc...
It is learning, unlearning, and relearning the skills. For further details, you can have a look at our website www.innovativetraining4u.com, you will get all the data you need on these skills.

Hi Madhuri,
Please approach Mr. Deepak or Mr. Ajay from "Franklyn Covey Southasia." I had organized the "7 Habits of Highly Effective People" training program. This program works on one's character, not just personality. People really enjoy it. You can get the contact number from their site. They also offer various other training programs that you can check out.
