Safety Officer: Which qualification makes you eligible to be recruited by a company as per the Factory Act?

Most states have prescribed qualifications, such as an Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety Management, for the appointment of Safety Officers. The basic qualification for admission to the program is a BTech or BSc in Chemistry with a certain number of years of experience in a factory. I doubt if direct entry to these kinds of courses is available. Normally, the Department of Factories and Boilers will issue a notification in this regard. Please check for details.
