How Should I Inform Employees About Changes in CTC Calculation Without Confusion?


Hi, Please help me draft a note to the employees stating that the calculation of the components of their CTC has changed. However, there is no change to their CTC or allowances. Should the note mention the changes? All help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
