Hello Gentlemen, Our company provides all our employees with one and a half days' leave. We don't entertain any CL, EL, PL, etc. Also, no employees can surrender leave for encashment. However, an employee can carry forward leave to subsequent months. Please guide me on whether this leave policy of ours will have any statutory implications.
