Greetings professionals, Please let me know whether an IT firm with 20 employee strength is required to have a zero-tolerance policy. Is it legal or illegal? Looking forward to hear from you.

Forming a committee to address Zero tolerance is not mandatory for any establishment. But companies form such committees just to make sure that integrity issues will not arise in the organisation.

Every establishment run with manpower should adopt a zero-tolerance policy, irrespective of its shape and size. The zero-tolerance policy helps in motivating employees and driving productivity. Employees in zero-tolerance establishments appear more confident and satisfied compared to those in companies without such policies. Where is the problem in adopting it?
