Effective Machinery Monitoring for Operator Safety in Stitching Industry - CiteHR

Hello Everyone,

I am Barkha, working in a manufacturing firm that specializes in stitching. I am in need of a format in which operators or stitchers can fill in the details of machinery on/off status. Many operators leave the premises without properly shutting down their machines, leading to a high risk of severe mishaps, especially considering our firm operates in the stitching industry. Therefore, I kindly request suggestions for a format that ensures authenticity and accountability.

Thank you.

Hi, the ideal way to control this is to keep a logbook for every machine, and the user should enter the ON and OFF time in the logbook. However, even then, there are chances of users missing to enter the details. Hence, I suggest keeping the logbook in the Time Office/Attendance bay so that the Time Office Supervisor/Security Office can monitor/instruct to enter the details without fail.
