Hi, Trainee Policies are company-specific. You may cover the following points in the Trainee Policy:
1) Tenure of the training period for Trainees
2) Increase in salary after 6 months/one year training period
3) Benefits applicability for Trainees
4) Leave eligibility for Trainees
5) Amount of compensation or extended notice period in case of resignation before the completion of the training period
6) Exceptions for Female Trainees to resign in case of Marriage in the middle of the Trainee period on relocation grounds.
