In my organization previously attendance considered 20th to 20th, But now onwards we consider 25th to 25th, so working days in this month exceeded i think. We need to pay for those 5days??

Hi, For the purpose of processing salary and ensuring timely crediting, all organizations typically follow a salary cycle date rather than waiting until the end of the month. The actual salary paid covers the period from the 1st to the end of the month, either the 30th or 31st. In your case, you are paying the salary for the full month, and any leave taken after the 25th will be reflected in the next month's cycle, so there is no need for an additional 5 days.

If you are considering a pay cycle from the 20th to the 20th and paying for the full month, then when there is a change, you are to pay for those 5 days in the first instance and regularize. This will be a one-time exercise.
