Due to some reasons my company doesn’t want to give relieving order. Now I don’t want to work there anymore. If I want to resign when will my PF account get closed
Hi, why doesn't your company want to issue a relieving letter for you? Have you served the proper notice period, or did you leave the office without any information?
Disciplinary Process for Relieving Order
In the normal course, when a relieving order is not issued, the company will follow a disciplinary process. After serving the termination letter, the employer will mark the last working day on the employer PF portal. Until then, you need to wait and then can claim or carry forward to another company if you desire to do so.

It is because of a clash between me and my superior. The company stands with my superior since he is senior. I can pay the one-month salary as a notice period compensation. I want to know if I suddenly stop going to the office from next month, starting when will my current PF account become inactive so I can join another job.
Hi, whatever the situation might be, it is better to obtain a relieving letter either by paying one month's salary in lieu of the notice period or by serving a one-month notice. If you suddenly stop going to the office, your employer will initiate disciplinary action and might mark your last working day after the termination process only. With proper relieving, it would be easy.

PF and Employment Status
PF is not governed by the company's rules and isn't under their control either. Your PF account is unaffected by your resignation or absconding status. Your joining a new job is also not affected by the PF account.
If your new company also has PF, then you need to provide your UAN, and they will start crediting your PF to that account, and it will continue.
