Hello friends, my current company has not practiced giving annual increments for over 10 years. I am new to this company and would like to propose to my boss to consider giving bi-annual increments to staff. If you have experience with a similar proposal or have implemented something like what I am suggesting, I would appreciate it if you could share it with me.

Thank you,

Evelyn

A proposal is based on the company and its business. I don't think we can help you with that, but it seems to be a very simple thing. You need to decide how much increment you wish to give, whether fixed or in percentage, and back it up with financial impact compared to revenue and profit, and how the market rate of the salaries has been going up in that industry.

Supporting Data
The other supporting data would be how entry-level salaries in your own company have been going up every year and how people who left were replaced with those getting a higher salary than the one who left.
