Hi, Can anyone shared me PPT on comparison of contract labour vs on roll employees which is the best. Need detail on the same please.

It should be a combination of both on-roll workers and contract workers for better industrial relations and growth of the establishment. You can employ on-roll employees in core activities that are integral, but keep contract workers in non-perennial nature of work only. If you keep contract workers in core activities, the same may lead to legal issues. Therefore, my advice is to have a combination of both based on the nature of work.
