One of the major improvements and a health-hygiene gift to mankind by the Covid-19 pandemic is Mandatory Labeling (food service establishments) from 1st January 2022 - Hygiene & Health is the focus behind this amendment.

According to the new regulation introduced by FSSAI, food business establishments having Central license and/or outlets at 10 or more locations have to mention serving size, calorific value per serving, and allergens on their menu card/board/booklet or on websites for E-commerce FBOs.
