ESIC Contribution Dilemma: Should Monthly Incentives Count in Gross Salary?


When we calculate ESIC contribution for employee can we include the monthly incentive as gross salary?

If you are paying it every month than you have to deduct ESIC on the same. Any payment made on monthly bases will attract ESIC.
