Hi, can anybody share the components of their CTC? I need this as we are in the process of revamping our take-home salary because there is a deduction of EPF on the basic salary, which includes Basic Salary and Special Allowance.
This is impacting our mid to top-level executives who, besides facing the salary deduction towards EPF, are not receiving any tax benefits. I have proposed to add certain components but am unsure if they will pass the scrutiny of EPF officials. Please help.
