Hi, I have a question. As per CLRA, no worker should work beyond 48 hours per week. However, due to project targets, employees are currently working for 12 hours per day, resulting in weekly working hours exceeding 48 hours. I am uncertain about how to document these details in the wage register, muster roll, and OT register.

Considering the statutory obligations,12 hrs working can not be shown as working hrs. 08 hrs makes one working day and rest are OT hrs. However I suggest to check with with contract agreement too.
