I recently joined a company as a developer. They have a stability clause of 18 months, and I am currently in a 6-month probation period. I was initially okay with this arrangement, but upon joining the company, I discovered a lack of professionalism and an unhealthy work environment. If I leave the company now, they won't process my exit formalities such as a relieving letter. I am willing to serve the notice period of 45 days. Any suggestions?
