Raising a Complaint Against HR at Accenture
How can I raise a complaint against the HR of Accenture? She called me to schedule my interview and instructed me to arrive 60 minutes before the panel time, which was set for 12:00 noon. I arrived at 10:45 AM and attempted to contact HR using the number provided in the email, but no one answered. When I tried calling the HR who scheduled my interview, she repeatedly disconnected my calls. After waiting for more than an hour at the reception area, I received a call at 12:00 informing me that my interview would be rescheduled because the panel was unavailable. This has happened twice now.
My interview was scheduled at Bangalore Accenture, Eco Space, building 7B, for a job location in Delhi. They seem to disregard the value of time, wasting two of my days. I had to take leave from my current job, and now I wonder who will compensate for that. I want to file a complaint against this HR. Please advise me on how to proceed.
