Based on that feedback, HR contacted me and informed me that they are terminating my employment due to poor performance. I then disclosed to HR that I am four months pregnant and expressed my inability to leave the job at this time. Despite this, they pressured me to resign immediately, and I complied by resigning on the same day, requesting a one-month notice period.
Can I take legal action against my employer for pressuring me to resign?
Additionally, am I still eligible for maternity benefits as I am currently serving my notice period?
