Dear all, Plz let me know that how to get register our contractors for ESI and PF as common registration, what is the procedure of registration?

Explain your query in clear words. EPF or ESI does not understand the trade words; they know the employer only. The immediate employer is responsible for registering for EPF/ESIC and paying the contributions (the contractor). If the compliance is not met, then the principal employer is liable to discharge the EPF/ESIC/PT and other statutory liabilities. The principal employer has no privilege to obtain the EPF/ESIC registration on behalf of the contractor, except if the CLRA or BOCW act is maintained with the state LC.
