Can I Opt Out of EPS if I Don't Want a Pension After Leaving My Job?


I am 42 years old and was working for a company for 11 years. Is there an option to withdraw or opt out of the eps as I do not want to receive a pension after 16 years of leaving a job.

As you are covered under the PF Act, there is no provision to opt out of the Pension Scheme.
