Could anyone help me with the TA DA policy for the National Sales Manager/Senior Sales Manager/General Manager/Head of Departments in our company? We are primarily in the food industry, focusing on bakery items.

TA/DA limits differ from company to company. I suggest you conduct a benchmarking exercise and analyze what other companies (of the same business nature and turnover) are paying. Then, decide upon a limit for TA/DA. Surely, you shouldn't be paying less than other businesses of the same nature, and it has to be fair enough for the salespeople to substantiate their travel and meal costs.
