Hi, There is no rules on the attire of the IC members while attending any SH case thus answer to your query is YES they can wear.

IC proceedings are quasi-judicial, just like a domestic enquiry. It is true that no dress code is laid down. However, considering its not very strict judicial nature, it is better not to wear a black coat, a practice that has also been widely followed.
